The Family Doctor Associate, which represents GPs in more than 1000 surgeries across Britain, has reported a rise in the number of teenagers seeking help for ‘exam related’ stress (Daily Telegraph 23 May 2011)
An increasing number of students are worrying about their exams and, in many cases, it is leading to distress and anxiety. Working with small groups in 45 minute sessions we explain how to identify factors that can cause anxiety and teach simple yet effective techniques to help combat it. … And of course – reduced anxiety in the class makes for a better teaching environment!
