Stress Management

We are stressed when we feel unable to control the situation we are in. By developing stress management skills we can give ourselves the opportunity to regain control.

The significant word is ‘management’.  We cannot make stress disappear, but we can help our clients understand what causes them stress and provide techniques that can be used to manage it in a positive way.

People react differently to similar situations.  A situation that is very stressful for one person might be motivational for another.
